Hrana vie-fulgi de cartofi

2 portii ( mic dejun sau cina )

1 ou bine batut, 1 lingurita de zeama de lamaie, 1 cartof mare ( razuit fin) 1 mar razuit, 1 banana zdrobita, 4 linguri de fulgi de ovaz, 4 linguri de boabe( struguri, coacaze, agrise-chiar si congelate ).
Ingredientele se bat cu o furculita si se adauga  treptat. Muesli trebuie sa fie foarte spumoase.

Acest produs aduce un aport important de calciu , potasiu si fibre alimentare ( ficat, colon, osteoporoza ).
