Hrana vie-Fulgi de susan

 

2 linguri de seminte de susan, 1 lingura de germeni de grau, 1 ceasca de fructe sau boabe( struguri, afine etc. ), 2 linguri de branza de vaci, putin zahar din trestie. Se amesteca totul si se adauga smantana batuta .
